Confidentiality
It is normal practice that therapy services are provided in confidence and your identity and your personal details will be protected
However there may be circumstances which necessitate breaking of confidentiality when there appears to be risk to yourself or others, or if I am required to do so by law. In the event of a break in confidentiality, where possible, this will be done with your consent and only to those parties whip have an absolute need to know.
